We are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking and innovative business in Abingdon who are looking to recruit a Temporary Customer Liaison Officer.
As Customer Liaison Officer, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday in a long term temporary contract that has the potential to go permanent if successful. Full training will be provided. This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Managing order entry processes and dealing with any queries
. Being the first point of contact for customers
. Dealing with customer payments
. Highlighting areas of improvements within the processes and implementing resolutions where needed
The ideal candidate will have:
. Can-do attitude
. Excellent organisation and communication skills
. Good IT skills
. Experience in SAP (not essential)
