We are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking and innovative business in Abingdon who are looking to recruit a Temporary Customer Liaison Officer.

As Customer Liaison Officer, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday in a long term temporary contract that has the potential to go permanent if successful. Full training will be provided. This role is full remote due to 4am start.

Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Managing order entry processes and dealing with any queries
. Being the first point of contact for customers
. Dealing with customer payments
. Highlighting areas of improvements within the processes and implementing resolutions where needed

The ideal candidate will have:
. Can-do attitude
. Excellent organisation and communication skills
. Good IT skills
. Experience in SAP (not essential)
