Administrator

Our client, a leading provider of specialised solutions in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of cutting-edge systems, is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience working with engineers and have a solid understanding of technical concepts allowing to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Your positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritise tasks will be essential in this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the scheduling, allocation and tracking of Fire Risk Assessments

* Assign and coordinate engineering tasks related to fire safety, including FRA follow-ups, remedial works, and compliance checks.

* Track progress and provide support to engineers to ensure efficient and effective task completion.

* Proactively follow up on missed or failed appointments with both engineers and residents

* Coordinate and book appointments with residents using various communication channels (e.g. Email, phone and letter)

* Perform tasks such as data entry, document management and report generation.

* Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience in a property management or facilities management environment is desirable

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
