Project Administrator

Our client, a leading provider of specialised solutions in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of cutting-edge systems, is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join their growing team.

As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative tasks, including document production, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for Project Managers, clients, and end-users.

* Manage project documentation, including correspondence, quotations, orders, and project files.

* Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, and end-users to schedule appointments and ensure timely project completion.

* Track project finances, including billing, invoicing, and variations.

* Ensure compliance with NSI and BAFE accreditation standards.

* Support Project Managers in meeting project forecasts and targets.

* Prepare and manage O+M Manuals.

* Coordinate subcontractor invoices and project completion.

* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

The successful candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* High level of attention to detail

* Proficient in use of Excel, intermediate level or above

* The ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
