Great Basin Industrial is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. The ideal candidate will manage existing accounts while seeking out new business opportunities. The company's mission is to provide quality work and customer service, and the Sales and Business Development candidate will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients and develop clear and effective communication channels to understand their needs and provide solutions
Generate leads and seek out new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets and drive business success
Improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction through exceptional service and support
Build and maintain a strong professional network in the Oil & Energy industry
Collaborate with other departments to support and promote the company's mission and values
Stay current with industry trends and advancements to identify and pursue new opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of sales and business development experience in the Oil & Energy industry
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
