Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and creative Teacher of Science to join one of our partner secondary schools based in Altrincham. The role will start in October 2024. The role is a permanent vacancy so we expect it to go permanent after 12 weeks of supply through us for the right candidate.
As a Teacher of Science key responsibilities will include
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.
Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages students to explore and express their creativity.
Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and integrate cross-curricular themes.
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working within schools in essential.
Proven experience teaching at secondary level is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.What We Offer
