Role Overview:
Fresh Horizons CNB is seeking a dedicated Admin/Support Worker to assist residents in their journey towards independent living. This role combines administrative support with hands-on resident assistance. You will work closely with the House Manager to implement support plans, carry out risk assessments, and ensure compliance with policies, while providing residents with practical, emotional, and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the House Manager to assess and meet residents' support needs.
* Encourage resident independence and provide necessary support during transitions.
* Conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate records of resident contact.
* Liaise with external agencies, manage admin tasks, and uphold confidentiality.
Training Provided:
Full training will be given in areas such as resident assessments, support planning, fire safety, and administrative duties.
Hours: Part-time (8 hours per week)
Salary: £14 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
