Trissential is seeking a Scrum Master with Agility Coaching skills to join our client team in a dynamic, hybrid role based in Denver, CO. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week during core MST hours, with 2-3 mandatory in-office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Collaborate with product owners and solution architects to drive the delivery of data services

Remove team impediments and blockers, ensuring smooth performance

Manage Jira, Confluence, and other tools for effective team workflow

Support continuous improvement within the Agile framework

Act as a servant leader for a 12-14 member data services team, fostering collaboration and communication

Maintain alignment between technology services and business stakeholders

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development

Proven leadership in Agile methodologies, with experience in coaching and training teams

Experience working in large matrixed organizations, flexing between different roles

Scrum Master certification (any recognized certification)

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, and familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus

Essential skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Experience in identifying and removing organizational impediments

Adaptability to evolving Agile processes and environments

Deep understanding of Agile best practices and their application

Desired skills:

Experience with Jira Align and ServiceNow

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in Scrum Master roles, particularly in Agile coaching and leadership

Prior experience in a large, matrixed organization working with diverse teams

Benefits:

Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 annually based on candidate's certifications, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
