Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with an exclusive client located in Birmingham, currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Assistant to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
Demonstrate initiative in managing daily tasks and solving problems.
Perform reconciliations, including commission calculations.
Manage the purchase ledger efficiently.
Raise and process sales invoices accurately.
Conduct balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and organized bookkeeping records.
Handle credit control with confidence and ensure timely payments.Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years experience
AAT qualified, part qualified or studying towards CIMA/ACCA
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are paramount in this role
Knowledge/experience of Xero would be advantageous
