We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global business with impressive expansion plans, who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Finance team.
Salary: £14.28 per hour
Location: Rochester
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Producing accurate invoices
Ensuring all invoices are raised within agreed timescales.
Liaising with other departments across the company
Assisting with the Purchase Ledger process
Processing expense payments
Maintain office filing systems
Experience:
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Relevant experience within a finance role
Experience in managing own workload and meeting deadlines
Skills:
Sound numerical skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong organisation and time management skills
Working knowledge of Excel
Attention to detail and accurate data entry
