Support customer service by integrating AI tools.
Ensure compliance with education and legal standards (e.g., CA State Bar, HRCI, SHRM).
Manage financial aspects, including budget tracking, subscriptions, and sales tax compliance.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and automate customer engagement processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in operations, finance, marketing, and compliance.
Strong skills in data management, reporting, and analysis.
Familiarity with IT security and compliance best practices.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and customer platforms (e.g., Intercom).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
