Job Description

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times. 

Assist the Director of Housekeeping to ensure all brand, service, compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.  

Oversee the housekeeping department to ensure the hotel facilities are maintained, clean, sanitary and in orderly condition. 

Ensure the daily inspection of guest rooms are ready for occupancy in the highest standards.
