Alliance Personnel is seeking a dedicated Assembly Operator to join one of their clients based in Dudley.

As an Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise in hand tools, power tools, mechanical knowledge, and warehouse operations to assemble products efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

* Operate hand and power tools to assemble various electrical components according to specifications

* Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse environment

* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment

* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

* Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet standards

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks

* Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Working hours Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:45pm , Friday 8:30am - 2pm
