Are you a skilled Assembly Operative looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This role involves following a series of operations to meet daily production requirements using hand and power tools, fixtures, and work instructions to accurately assemble specified components.
Pay Rate: £13.50 hourly
Working Hours: 06:00 to 14:30 Monday to Thursday, 06:00 to 11:00 Friday
The Role:
As an Assembly Operative, you will:
* Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
* Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
* Comply with business policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
* Complete all relevant administrative functions.
* Report any problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the production supervisor.
* Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy for production.
The Candidate:
The ideal Assembly Operative will have:
* Experience in general assembly work or specialised training.
* Experience with hand and power tools.
* Basic math and communication skills.
* Basic understanding of English, both written and spoken.
* Health and safety awareness
The Package:
