Overview:
UF Health Human Resources Central Florida is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator. They will be responsible for functions such as onboarding, new hire orientation; new hire personnel files, subpoena responses, new hire survey responses, license renewals and other duties as assigned. The coordinator must possess a full understanding of HR functions and a working knowledge of employment law. Must be computer literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organization and time management skills along with meticulous attention to details are essential qualities for this role.

Bachelor's Degree required
Experience Required:
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Products.
Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be self-motivated, able to work with little direct supervision.
Must have strong written and verbal skills.
Prefer 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources, leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability in the areas of customer service, critical thinking skills, and interpersonal diplomacy.
