Full-Time English Teacher (SEN School) - Southampton (Start ASAP)

Are you a passionate English teacher with a commitment to making a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic English Teacher to join our SEN school in Southampton on a full-time basis, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
Adapt teaching methods to support students with varying learning difficulties and emotional or behavioural challenges.
Work closely with SEN specialists, support staff, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing interventions where necessary.
Foster a safe and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes students' academic and personal growth.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching English, preferably in an SEN setting or with students with additional needs.
Strong understanding of differentiated learning and behavior management strategies.
