Service Administrator (P/T)

Location: Hinckley
Position: Part-Time Service Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM (22.5 hours per week)Service Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Hinckley.

They are also offering the opportunity to go full time in the future if you want to, this will include full training to get you up to speed in the dealership and ready to get into full time work. This is optional, the choice to stay part time is yours.

Our Client is a highly-reputable, long standing dealership and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team.

For your hard work as a Service Administrator our client is offering a salary of £15,000 basic.

Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM (22.5 hours per week).

Responsibilities of a Service Administrator for our Client:

Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.The ideal Service Administrator will:

Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
Experience of DMS
Good customer service skills with technical understanding
