Panel Builder Supervisor- What's on offer?

Panel Builder Supervisor-What would your day look like?

Assemble, test, and service various electrical control panels and related automation systems
Develop and implement effective work procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Oversee and coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, materials, and tools
Complete necessary documentation and test reports for control panels with precision
Review tasks for accuracy and address any discrepancies or issues promptly
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
Foster positive working relationships with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Promote and apply principles of continuous improvement to enhance operational practices
Panel Builder Supervisor- What are we looking for?

Previous experience in control panel assembly
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship/qualification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Experience in maintaining high safety and work standards
