Job Description: As a Healthcare Assistant with All Counties Nursing Agency, your primary focus will be on providing compassionate care and assistance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, offering emotional support, and ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of our patients. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care that enhances the quality of life for those we care for.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.

* Provide support with mobility and physical activities.

* Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.

* Ensure patients' comfort and wellbeing at all times.

* Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the individual needs of our clients.

* Maintain a positive and respectful environment for patients and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) desirable.

* Compassionate and empathetic with a genuine desire to make a difference.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
