Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next challenge in a vibrant and supportive secondary school? We are seeking a committed individual to join our team in Greenwich on a full-time, long-term basis, starting immediately.

Responsibilities:

Supporting students in a mainstream classroom setting, including small group work and one-on-one support.
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and differentiated instruction for students of varying abilities.
Helping students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering student engagement and well-being.
Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and assisting with record-keeping.
Supporting students' social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour, and encouraging participation in school life.
Working closely with the SEN team and other support staff to ensure that every child receives the support they need.

Requirements:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
Experience working in a secondary school setting or similar educational environment is preferred.
A current DBS on the Update Service is required.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
