Are you an QHSE manager, with experience within an engineering environment, looking for a fully autonomous role where you will be responsible for implementing and driving the operational and functional SHEQ management for a leading UK provider of industrial water treatment solutions working with some of the biggest names in the country?

You will be in a pivotal role, responsible for the direction, coordination and implementation of the company's Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality policies. The Role:

Lead QHSE management, ensuring continual improvement and compliance with ISO standards.
Foster a positive QHSE culture by engaging stakeholders and embedding best practices.
Develop and manage QHSE systems in collaboration with management and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with QHSE legislation and industry standards.
Facilitate audits from certification bodies, customers, and other parties.
Manage industry audits such as Achilles and CHAS.
Maintain IMS Health & Safety register and Environmental legal registers.
Investigate accidents and near-misses, ensuring thorough documentation and corrective actions.
Conduct internal QHSE audits, oversee corrective actions, and produce management reports.
Deliver QHSE inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety awareness initiatives.
Manage document control to meet standards and operational needs.
Support frameworks, tenders, and customer inquiries.
Oversee equipment inspections, lifting, and calibrations.
Manage COSHH assessments and conduct DSE assessments.
The Person:

Knowledge of ISO 9001
Experience as a QHSE manager
