Job Title: Bioinformatics Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatics Engineer to join our Flow Cytometry Team. Our current challenge is the inability to apply existing algorithms to solve real lab data in flow cytometry and testing. You will need to leverage your strong experience in both R and Python to apply the algorithms to the data and liaise effectively with scientists to ensure the product works seamlessly. The algorithm paper is written in R, but we are looking to transfer it to Python. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating test cases and conducting tests. The primary business benefit of these activities is to facilitate the automation of data processing and analysis, with the aim of saving 80% of time by eliminating manual efforts.
