Gould & Ratner, LLP, is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Real Estate Practice.   The ideal candidate will have experience with leasing, lending, acquisitions, and dispositions.   

Candidates can look forward to working in a collaborative environment with partners and other associates.  The position will also afford substantial client interaction and business development experience.  This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic attorney who is interested in developing the breadth and depth of their practice.

Requirements

·         3-6 years of experience in working on commercial real estate matters.

·         Strong drafting, writing, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

·         The ideal candidate has the ability to work as part of a team while also having the confidence and demeanor to assume individual responsibility when appropriate for matters involving direct client interaction.
