Role Overview:

We are seeking an Associate with 3+ years of commercial real estate experience to join the Real Estate team at our client's Boston office. The ideal candidate will support a range of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. This role demands high-quality client service and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

Support acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions.

Provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team.

Quickly integrate into the national real estate practice.

Deliver the highest quality of client service for a broad range of complex transactions.

Dedicate to professional development consistent with an on-track position.

Collaborate with team members, working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm's published guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.

Experience representing sophisticated owners and operators of commercial real estate as borrowers, buyers, sellers, and landlords.

Familiarity with the full life-cycle of a transaction and ability to review and comment on loan documents, leases, and purchase agreements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and investors.

Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and exercise attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.

Location:

Boston, Massachusetts.

The firm encourages working from the office approximately 60% of the time, following published guidelines.
