Position: Recruitment Consultant - Construction
Responsibilities:
* Candidate Management:
* Conduct regular morning check-ins with candidates and clients.
* Register new applicants and update the Sigma system with new starters.
* Prepare weekly email to payroll with worker details.
* Conduct candidate updates and ring-rounds
* Verifying worker deployment and managing placements on the in-house applicant tracking system
* Client Management:
* Contacting present and legacy clients to manage relationships and develop business.
* Contacting new and target clients to introduce our recruitment and staffing service.
Add job orders and advertise new roles.
* Actively engage in sales and lead generation.
* Answer incoming calls from construction clients.
* Conduct site visits to build relationships with clients.
* Ensure all new client information, including invoicing contacts, is accurately entered into the system.
* Operational Tasks:
* Assist with collating timesheets as needed.
* Resourcing: Fill client vacancies effectively, in a timely manner.
* Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
* Obtain worker references
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in using recruitment software.
* A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
