Full support and guidance from our experienced teamAbout the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity in the classroom during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes and ensuring students remain on task with the work set
Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
Following the school's policies and procedures
Providing feedback to the school on student progress and behaviourWhat We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education
Confidence in managing a classroom environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
A commitment to supporting young people in their learningRequirements:

A BA/BSc degree is desirable but not essential
Ability to obtain a DBS check (or already registered on the update service)
Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of different schools
