As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young individuals in a children's residential home. Acting as a professional parent, you will offer nurturing care and support to young people.

A significant part of this role involves engaging in activities with the children, being creative, enjoying the outdoors, and having lots of fun! If you have a hobby you can share, even better! Your personal qualities are key to succeeding in this position. We're looking for naturally caring, empathetic individuals.
