After your probation period, they will fully fund your Level 3 diploma in children's residential care, you'll receive a joining bonus AND you won't be doing any sleep-ins, or nights. You'll work days only and alternative weekends - hello work/life balance!

Only looking for part time hours? Not a problem, but you will need to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per wee.

Day-to-day, you will:

Build strong relationships with young people, empowering them to develop and grow
Assist with therapy sessions (such as rebound therapy or hydrotherapy)
Ensure the environment is supportive and safe
