Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) - Secondary & SEMH
Location: Watford, outskirts
Salary: £90-£100 per day
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, Term-time only), on a temp to perm basis

TimePlan Education is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants for full-time roles in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a genuine interest in supporting students with special needs, helping them reach their full potential in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN), including SEMH, ensuring they are engaged and making progress.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning strategies.
Support students in both academic and social aspects of their development.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with young people, ideally within a school setting.
Experience with SEN is essential, ideally Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) - this could be professionally, or personally.
Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
Ability to commit to the full school day, Monday to Friday, during term time only.
