We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Vacation Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating personalized vacation experiences for clients, ensuring all travel arrangements meet their unique preferences and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their vacation preferences, including destinations, activities, and budget.

Plan, organize, and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.

Create personalized itineraries that cater to clients’ needs, offering a mix of luxury, adventure, or relaxation, as desired.

Coordinate with travel vendors, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best rates and exclusive offers for clients.

Stay updated on travel trends, destination insights, and travel restrictions to offer expert recommendations.

Monitor and manage travel budgets to ensure all plans stay within financial guidelines.

Provide clients with detailed travel information, itineraries, and local tips to ensure a smooth and enjoyable vacation.

Handle any last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies to ensure clients’ travel plans are uninterrupted.

Track travel trends and maintain reports on client preferences and popular vacation destinations.
