Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced 360 Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing them in suitable positions within our client companies. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a successful match, and you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our clients' open positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, providing necessary feedback and guidance
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our database
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs set by the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries and roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and databases
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships
