Based in our High Wycombe Office with Hybrid working (3 days in office)

12 months Fixed Term Contract (mat cover), Full-time, 37 hours

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well respected water technologies company! In this Talent Acquisition Partner role, you'll be the main point of contact for all recruitment activities. Your expertise will span the entire recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on direct sourcing strategies. You'll also oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, conducting regular meetings and Terms of Business renewals/reviews.

Your responsibilities will also include:

* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes

* Sourcing temporary and contract workers while ensuring IR35 compliance

* Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and the Onboarding team

* Developing a strong industry presence through social media, networking, and event participation

* Executing recruitment focused projects

* Delivering regular management reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate data

This role offers the opportunity to enhance your profile as an internal recruiter while contributing significantly to our company's talent acquisition strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence for occasional office/event commutes. You will also have the essential internal talent recruitment experience, be proficient in direct sourcing across various job platforms and exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a creative and organised individual with a strong attention to detail. It would be a bonus to have Workday and/or Google Suite experience, though this is not mandatory.
