Estates Administrator
Location: Toddington, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, permanent
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Our client is looking for a experienced Administrator to join their team. The perfect candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and ready to take the lead in managing the administrative tasks that keep the client's busy estate running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities of an Estates Administrator
* Support the Estate Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Establish and nurture positive relationships with contractors, managing associated admin work.
* Handle the complete administration of facilities management.
* Embrace ad-hoc assignments from the Estate Manager with a positive attitude.
* Monitor supplier invoices closely, ensuring budget adherence and accuracy in coordination with the accounts team.
* Efficiently manage online supply purchases.
* Identify opportunities to enhance quality, streamline processes, and cut costs.
Key Skills of an Estates Administrator
* Proactive and adaptable in your approach to work.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
* Experience in facilities management and working with contractors.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, using common sense and initiative.
* Valid driving license required.
* High proficiency in IT, especially with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Mac experience is a plus.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
