Are you an enthusiastic and caring individual with a passion for early childhood education? Do you love working with young children, nurturing their development and helping them flourish in their formative years? Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join a warm and dynamic team in the Hemel Hempstead area.

The Early Years program is built on the principles of exploration, play, and discovery, where each child's unique qualities and interests are celebrated. The role:

Support the Early Years teacher in planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 3 to 5 years.
Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and organized learning environment that promotes curiosity and independence.
Foster positive relationships with students, helping them to build self-confidence and develop social skills.
Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents.
Collaborate with the EYFS team to develop and implement creative learning experiences that cater to the needs of individual children.
Encourage children's curiosity and exploration through a variety of play-based learning opportunities.
The ideal candidate:

ü A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.

ü Relevant experience in an EYFS setting or similar educational environment.

ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

ü A patient and nurturing approach, coupled with the ability to inspire and engage young learners.
