GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This administrative position is responsible for the program oversight and appropriate delegation of duties of the program. The Supervisor shall serve as the liaison for referrals, intakes, scheduling of staff and clients. The Supervisor will assist the Sr. Director with program operations including hiring of staff, staff training, and management. The Supervisor is responsible for supervision of line staff and coordination of their functions within the program.

ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:

Ensures existence and promulgation of unit mission statement in keeping with the agency mission statement.

Coordinate and oversee Supervised Visit & Parent Exchange schedules.

Makes recommendations for staff development program.

Provides yearly written performance evaluations of unit staff in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Maintain a supervision schedule and written record for all (5) direct report staff.

Approve direct report staff PTO and payroll-bi-weekly.

Regularly access EMR system to approve and report program documentation to Family Court and other third parties.

Receives incoming referrals, schedules, and conducts intakes in-person or virtually.

Meet with Senior Director regularly to discuss program operations.

Attends training as required.

Requirements

PREREQUISITES & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Masters Degree in Human Services, Social Science, Administration or other related fields from an accredited college or university required.

Five years of experience in Child-Family services, child welfare, or related experience including three (3) years of program administration or supervisory experience required.

Valid FBI clearance, criminal history check and child abuse history clearance required.

Experience with child welfare, domestic violence, or victim advocacy preferred.
