POSITION SUMMARY:

The Research Project Interviewer will play a crucial role in conducting interviews and managing study documents for our research projects. This role requires in-person work at client sites.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete study certification through client onsite training.

Engage with participants and external clients in a professional manner, administering study documents accurately.

Conduct interviews using specialized software, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for conducting interviews.

Coordinate participant schedules and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and specialized software.

Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude in all interactions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to adapt to changing project needs and schedules.

Ability to work on feet for extended periods, ensuring a positive participant experience.

Present oneself in a professional manner at all times.

Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also being self-driven.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

The minimum is a high school diploma - College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

Experience in market research or clinical research is a plus.

Computer Skills:

Strong Microsoft Office/Computer Literacy.
