Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales development performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Implement and manage tools and systems to enhance sales prospecting and lead management.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A passion for sales and driving business growth in the life sciences sector.
