Responsibilities:
Revolution is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our Hudson, WI location. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll tackle technical challenges in production, lead process improvements, oversee new equipment installations, and mentor operational staff to maximize efficiency. You will also document processes, gather valuable end-user feedback, and promote a strong safety culture throughout our plant operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Analyze polymer derivatives and formulas (including LDPE, HDPE, m-LLDPE, polypropylene, and more) to ensure optimal film processing based on chemical compositions.
Collaborate with teams to assess production variables like piping, temperature, and pressure that affect product quality and resolve technical implementation issues.
Lead the planning and implementation of process changes, documenting procedures and communicating updates to all relevant parties.
Partner with the operational staff to enhance production efficiency and oversee new equipment installations across multiple locations.
Maintain a safety-focused environment while collecting end-user feedback on new systems and reporting findings to ensure project succes

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (Plastics Technology preferred) or foreign equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in plastics extrusion or cast film manufacturing.
Knowledge of plastic recycling systems and resin conveying.
Strong understanding of extrusion process theory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel toe footwear, eye protection, ear protection, and face mask.
Capability to work in a non-controlled temperature environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, seasoned judgment, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with OSHA standard regulations.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (less than 5%).
