Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of plumbing installation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business goals
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate plumbing installation projects, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the installation team, ensuring work meets industry standards and company expectations
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure materials and equipment are available and in good condition for installations
Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer satisfaction within the installation team
