Responsibilities:

Monitor system alarms, performance, IT operations, and storage utilization 24/7.

Develop and maintain automation scripts for tasks such as build, deployment, and monitoring.

Manage version control systems, code repositories, and collaboration tools to facilitate efficient code management and team collaboration.

Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or similar tools.

Implement and enforce IT security policies, best practices, and compliance requirements to safeguard engineering infrastructure.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hardware and software engineering teams for infrastructure issues.

Maintain technical documentation for server infrastructure, tools, and scripts.

Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps and Server Management role.

Strong knowledge of bash/shell scripting and Python for automation.

Deep understanding of Linux systems.

Experience with GitLab for CI/CD processes.

Experience with Ansible for automating configurations and deployments.

Proficiency in Docker for containerization and familiarity with Kubernetes for orchestration and management of containerized applications is a plus.
