Key Responsibilities:

Lead with Purpose

Create strategic plans for each team member, ensuring peak performance.

Conduct training, role-playing sessions, and help improve presentation and organization skills.

Join sales calls to provide hands-on coaching and support.

Drive Team Success

Set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for each team member.

Hold team members accountable to achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

Implement company policies, incentives, and sales contests to foster competition and engagement.

Meet and Exceed Sales Targets

Ensure your team hits their collective goals while achieving your own personal sales goals.

Proactively address market trends and sales challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities.

Manage and optimize account lists, ensuring the best possible leads are prioritized.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3-5 years in outside sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Communication Skills: Strong presentation and persuasion skills to influence decision-makers.

Leadership: Ability to coach, lead, and inspire a team to consistently perform at a high level.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry, and stay ahead of market trends.

Professionalism: High standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability.
