Full time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

At Gotham Enterprises LTD, we are looking for a candidate that will practice cultural humility in providing services to the assigned clients for this position. Therapists will be working with adults, children, adolescents and their families in individual and a group format. Through our customized programs, and comprehensive global network of credentialed providers and professionals, we support individuals to become healthier, happier and more productive both personally and professionally.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.

Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.

Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.

Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Active North Dakota state licensure as LMFT.

You have 2 year or more of experience in providing counseling services.

You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.

You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.

You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
