Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute inpatient unit.
Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care strategies.
Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
Educate patients and their families on care plans, health management, and recovery.
Adhere to safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to advance nursing practice.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
At least 1 year of acute nursing experience is mandatory
Associate's Degree in Nursing
A valid Florida State RN license or equivalent compact RN license is required
Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is a plus
