Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute inpatient environment.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with various medical procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and health education.
Adhere to hospital policies and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.
Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of RECENT acute nursing experience is required in the ER
Current RN license in Florida or a compact state
Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
