1 Resource Group is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Parts and Service Coordinator with experience in Power Generator parts sales to support the Elizabethtown, Ky area. As a PSSR - Parts representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.

As a Customer Service - Parts representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.
Generates sales to customers for generator parts, service, rentals, and rebuilds on all generator makes and models.
Quotes services in the field and works with all customer relations.
Develop new customers in assigned territory while maintaining current accounts.
Attending and working industry tradeshows and conferences to strengthen the company brand and develop customer relationships.
Create and implement strategies for generator service and rental growth.
Work closely with the sales rep to develop a relationship with their customers to gain service opportunities.
Incumbent is to provide a detailed call report to the Sudden Service manager weekly to discuss customer concerns and demands in the field.
Maintains and submits accurate and timely expense reports.
Requirements
Responsibility
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Outside parts sales experience preferred.
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a parts or technical support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of parts and inventory management is preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required, additional technical certifications or education is a plus
Must have clean driving record and be able to pass drug screen.
