Our Home is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehousing team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient storage, processing, and distribution of our products. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and implementing best practices for logistics and safety.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping products.

Implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.

Develop and maintain inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy.

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Monitor safety and compliance standards within the warehouse, promoting a culture of safety among staff.

Utilize warehouse management software for tracking and reporting on inventory, orders, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment in supply chain activities and support business operations.

Regularly analyze operational metrics and prepare reports to inform management decision-making.

Maintain strong vendor relationships to facilitate timely procurement and logistics support.

OTHER DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·       Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.

·       Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.

·       Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or relevant field is preferred.

·       Experience with warehouse management software and best practices.

·       Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

·       Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Knowledge of safety regulations and standards applicable to warehouse operations.

·       Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS       

·                Excellent organizational and time management skills

·                Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

·                Effective communication and interpersonal skills

·                Ability to work independently and in a team environment

·                Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and recordkeeping

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

·            Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste, and smell

·            Occasionally lift/move 50 lbs

·            Specific vision includes the following: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
