Salesforce Solution Architect at Western Digital

We are inviting applications for an exciting opportunity at Western Digital for a Salesforce Solution Architect. As a solution architect and thought leader your contribution will make a huge impact on the success of the sales organization by improving process automation & introducing efficiency. In this role, you will:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, program managers, BI team, IT team, and other stakeholders to create and maintain the Salesforce project roadmap. Lead the project development from the front.

Ensure that the deployed solutions have technical integrity, stability, and scalability.

Be curious, proactive, and self-motivated. Work independently or as a team player as needed.

Design scalable and robust solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise security standards and best practices.

Gather feedback, identify gaps, and propose solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Have expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, or Service Cloud.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies, integrations, tools, and frameworks to improve Salesforce solutions and adoption.

Develop and maintain documentation of the system architecture, design, integration, end-to-end process flow, and configuration.

Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to promote best practices and security awareness among Salesforce users and developers.

Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem and security domain.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Platform, and Integrations experts.

Present and communicate proposals and enterprise-wide solutions to a wide audience.
