Job Description

As a Staff accountant, you will be responsible for assisting the controller in maintaining accurate books of accounts including book keeping, analysis and reporting. The main duties and responsibilities include

Raising invoices for all completed sales orders

Maintaining AR reporting and keeping the records clean by applying the payments accurately and in a timely manner

Processing and Accounting for Vendor invoices, credit card statements and employee reimbursements

Assist with bank reconciliations

Assist with Balance sheet and PnL reconciliations, analysis and reporting

Assist with Cash management and month end reporting

Assist controller with commissions accounting and adhoc requests from Corporate in UK
