Position: Community Living Specialist 2 - Part Time Roles Available 

Locations: Windsor Locks and West Hartford, CT

Rate of Pay: $20.34 per hour

Schedules:

Windsor Locks: 14 Hours per week; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 11:00am-2:00pm, and Saturday 4-6 hours per day (Flexible)

West Hartford: 12 Hours per week; Thursday and Friday 6 hours per day

Summary: 

The Community Living Specialist 2 assists individuals with disabilities in daily living skills to achieve greater independence and self-fulfillment. The Community Living Specialist 2 implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Individuals with direct care, residential care, day program, and human services experience strongly encouraged to apply! 

 Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience with working with adults with disabilities, living on their own in the community required. 

Ability to use technology.

Ability to work with a team, to provide the best support for the members in the home. 

High School/GED 

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle.
