Full job description

Nightingale Home Services is looking for a Phone Screener for our GA offices! If you are looking for long-term growth with a Home Care company that serves the community, this is the opportunity for you! We are providing Home care services in multiple areas of Georgia, for the residents in the community that require support with ADL's (assisted daily living). Our certified Home health aides are qualified to assist in enhancing the lives of the individual. The Phone Screener will be managing high volume calls, phone screening caregivers for job placement, and other administrative duties such as data-entry, and follow ups to support staffing and managers, while delivering exceptional customer service assistance.

Qualifications:

- Must be computer savvy

- Must speak fluent English

- Must have High Volume Call experience

- Must have Customer service experience

- Must have a positive outlook, and enjoys talking to people

- Self-driven - ready to take on responsibility as well as work collaboratively with your team and cross-functional departments

- Multi-tasker with excellent Time Management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Support high volume calls, answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.

- Assist with the recruitment of caregivers by phone screening and scheduling interviews.

- Coordinate with HR to schedule job candidate orientation.

- Work with the Human Resources department to maintain current contact information on all staff and ensure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance.

- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.

- Manage databases and input information, data, and records.

- Assisting the team as needed.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay will be based on experience, $15-16 + Bonus opportunities. Our Program recipients enjoy greater freedom in the comfort of their home, with the skill of a trusted, professional caregiver.

Work Location: 9100 White Bluff Road, Savannah, GA 31406

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
